A Fitness Consultant is the first contact a potential member will have with our company. The member makes their first impression of our gym based on the interaction they have with their Fitness Consultant.

Job Requirements

Must be a self-motivated, driven, team player with a desire to win. Previous experience with business to business sales, individual sales, and marketing a plus. If you have the desire to work with people, enjoy helping others and spreading the word about fitness, then this is the position for you. Our Fitness Consultants become certified personal trainers and spend about 20% of their time on the exercise floor helping members, and 80% of their time prospecting and selling. Upon proving yourself on the gym floor to be successful as a fitness consultant, you may be considered for our Management team.
