Position Summary

Anytime Fitness Chesterland is seeking certified, motivated, and energetic Personal Trainers to join our team. You will work directly with clients to create personalized fitness programs, track progress, and provide motivation to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement safe, effective, personalized training plans using our coaching app

  • Teach proper exercise technique and monitor client safety during sessions

  • Motivate clients to stay consistent and engaged using our state of the art body composition scanners

  • Track client progress and adjust programs as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized training space

  • Support gym events and promotions

Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)

  • CPR/AED certification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

  • Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels

  • 1+ Year of personal training experience preferred
