What does a Personal Trainer do?
  • Responsible for working closely with individual members providing accommodation, instruction and motivation toward a healthy lifestyle in either one-on-one, semi-private or small group sessions
  • The trainer meets each clients' individual needs by developing an effective and safe exercise regimen according to the clients' goals and level of fitness, offering a wide range of choice and variation of exercises
  • Selling, redeeming, and monitoring Personal Training packages
  • Demonstrate exercise's and equipment appropriate use
  • Motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals, customizing workout plans, and tracking progress
  • Conduct orientation, assessment's, and workshops
  • Achieve monthly Personal Training sells goals
  • Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance
  • Actively supports a safety centric culture by identifying, addressing and communicating risks and/or potential risks to supervisor, documenting as required
  • Ensure products, services, and overall customer service experience meet expectations
  • Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in line with standards of performance
  • Assure volume of work produced meets the amount of work required of the position
  • Reliable and dependable in job related tasks, finishing assigned tasks, and meeting deadlines
