Job description

Horace O'Bryant School is seeking a highly qualified paraprofessional to support our In-School Suspension (ISS) program. This position works collaboratively with teachers and administrators to assist with student supervision, instructional support, and other duties related to maintaining a productive learning environment. Experience working with students is required.

Minimum qualifications:
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Completion of 60 college credit hours,
  • An Associate's Degree, or
  • A passing Parapro Exam score of 464 or higher.

To verify eligibility, applicants must request official electronic transcripts from their college and upload them to the application under the Education section, or upload an official Parapro Exam Score Report.

This position involves working with a variety of students throughout the school day.
