Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2-5 years of ICU experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; may consider candidates with Trauma Level II experience.

Required Credentials: - Tele test will be administered on the first day and is pass/fail. Failing could result in assignment termination.

Special Requests: - Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered (perm, per diem, travel).

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - Scheduled contract hours are 72 biweekly; on-call time does not count toward scheduled contract hours.

Floating Requirements: - Will float as needed to ICU and PCU.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
