About the Role
Join Indotronix as a Product Trainer 1 and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative IT training solutions onsite in Palmdale, CA. This position offers a 4x10 work schedule (Monday-Thursday), providing a balanced work-life environment. You'll drive employee skill development and help shape the future of our training programs using industry-leading tools.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging IT training programs and instructional materials
  • Design assessments to measure training effectiveness and ensure knowledge retention
  • Coordinate and facilitate in-person training sessions for staff
  • Create compelling eLearning content using GLX and iSpring, including tests, visuals, voiceovers, and certifications
  • Continuously research and incorporate the latest training trends, tools, and technologies into new programs

Required Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience with Global Learning Exchange (GLX)
  • Proven background in training development and delivery in a professional setting
