QA Engineer โ€“ Terabit (Networking / ISP Platform)

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Terabit-scale networking and ISP platforms. The role involves testing APIs, backend systems, monitoring tools, and high-throughput data services used in large-scale network environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual and API testing for Terabit networking platforms
  • Validate high-throughput APIs, data pipelines, and backend services
  • Test network-related workflows such as provisioning, billing, usage tracking, and monitoring
  • Verify system performance, latency, and reliability under load
  • Validate logs, metrics, and alerts using monitoring tools (Datadog / Grafana / ELK)
  • Perform regression, integration, and smoke testing across releases
  • Test deployments across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments
  • Collaborate with Network, DevOps, and Backend teams to identify issues
  • Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and defect reports
  • Support UAT and post-production validation
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in Manual & API Testing
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes
  • Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Experience testing high-volume / high-bandwidth systems
  • Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, latency, bandwidth, throughput)
  • Experience working with monitoring & observability tools
  • Understanding of CI/CD and deployment flows
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have
  • Experience with ISP, Telecom, or Networking platforms
  • Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, baseline testing via Postman/Newman)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Basic SQL and log analysis skills
  • Experience working with DevOps / SRE teams
