Overview
B3H Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Manager to support the Global Strike Command - Bomber Squadron Operations Support (BSOS) at Whiteman AFB, in Johnson County, MO.
The EFB Program Manager operates at the intersection of aircrew operations, IT communications, and security directives. This individual manages the software, hardware, and strict security compliance for mobile devices utilized by bomber aircrews to ensure all safety-of-flight publications are current and accessible.

B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning, program management, acquisitions management, systems engineering & integration, cost analysis, training, systems requirements analysis, and instructional system design for the DoD. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Wing/Group EFB Manager, managing the program in accordance with AFGSCI 11-270 and liaising directly with the AFGSC/A3TV Program Manager.
  • Act as the EFB system administrator using BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (BBUEM) to configure, track, issue, and maintain mobile devices.
  • Manage the ForeFlight administrative account, adding/deleting users and ensuring proper worldwide FLIP configuration.
  • Collaborate with the Stan/Eval Technical Order Distribution Officer (TODO) to ensure all EFB standalone computers contain up-to-date Technical Orders, Flight Crew Information Files (FCIF), and Special Interest Items.
  • Manage commercial internet services (Wi-Fi) required for EFB connectivity, directly coordinating repairs with the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Act as equipment custodian for all EFB hardware (tablets, battery extenders, faraday bags, lithium fire-bag kits) and execute device inventory, enrollment, and hardware refresh rollouts.
  • Generate annual EFB Audit and Sustainment reports and decommission obsolete equipment.

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of iOS and MacOS operating systems.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strongly desired: Two (2) years of IT experience specifically focused on mobile device management (MDM).
  • Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
