Job description

We are hiring a skilled Commercial Plumbing Technician specializing in restaurant and commercial environments. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-use plumbing systems, heavy-duty drainage, and grease management infrastructure across our restaurant locations. The ideal candidate understands the urgency of food service operations and possesses the licensing required to keep our facilities running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, clear, and repair high-use restaurant drainage networks, floor sinks, and main lines.
  • Service, clean, and troubleshoot commercial grease traps, interceptors, and hydro-jetting systems.
  • Repair and calibrate commercial kitchen fixtures, dishwashers, pre-rinse stations, and hand sinks.
  • Troubleshoot gas lines, high-capacity water heaters, booster heaters, and backflow preventers.
  • Respond rapidly to plumbing emergencies to minimize restaurant downtime and disruption to guests.
  • Read blueprints, kitchen equipment schematics, and plumbing isometric drawings for renovations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local health department regulations and plumbing codes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of grease trap regulations, health codes, and commercial food service plumbing.
  • Valid driver's license with a consistently clean driving history.
