Role Description The ISO Sales Rep is a full-time, on-site role based in Manhasset, NY, responsible for building and managing relationships with ISOs and other referral partners. In this role, the ISO Sales Rep will prospect and onboard new ISO partners, present funding solutions, and guide partners through the application and approval process. Day-to-day activities include outbound calls and emails, follow-up on leads, reviewing deal structures, coordinating with underwriting, and ensuring timely communication with partners. The ISO Sales Rep will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide ongoing support and education to partners about products and guidelines, and work with internal teams to help close deals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Merchant Cash Advance sales & business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with ISOs and referral partners.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple deals, follow-ups, and documentation simultaneously.
  • Comfort with using CRM software, email, and standard office productivity tools to track pipelines and manage partner interactions.
