Job description

Lead quality. Strengthen compliance. Drive continuous improvement.

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ISO Coordinator to oversee ISO compliance across all company locations and serve as a key resource for our branch Quality Administrators.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys combining ISO expertise, auditing, problem-solving, training, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play an important role in maintaining our quality management system while helping teams identify root causes, implement effective corrective actions, and continuously improve the way we work.

What You’ll Do

As our ISO Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead ISO compliance efforts across all ISO-registered locations.
  • Develop and maintain annual internal ISO audit schedules, ensuring the entire quality management system is audited each year.
  • Conduct and support internal audits while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Issue and manage Corrective Action Requests (CARs) when breakdowns in quality processes are identified.
  • Partner with branch Quality Administrators to investigate nonconformances, determine root causes, and establish effective corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
  • Provide guidance on ISO standards, requirements, and quality procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quality, compliance, and material information as needed.
  • Develop and conduct ISO training and maintain employee training records.
  • Complete and respond to customer quality and compliance surveys.
  • Respond to environmental and material compliance requests, including REACH, RoHS, GADSL, Proposition 65, Full Material Declarations, and related requirements.
  • Support customers, suppliers, and internal teams on quality and compliance matters.
  • Perform other quality-related duties and special projects as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Auditing CQA 2004 BOK Additions Training Certificate or equivalent minimum auditing qualification.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and auditing practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, auditing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and leadership.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to company branches, customer locations, or vendor facilities.
Work Environment

This position is primarily based in a professional office environment with no unusual physical demands. Occasional time may be spent in warehouse environments, where required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn.

Why This Role Matters

Quality is more than passing an audit—it’s about creating reliable processes, solving problems at their source, and building a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence quality practices across multiple locations, support teams throughout the organization, and help ensure we consistently meet the expectations of our customers and applicable quality and environmental standards.
