Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator – Empower Smiles in Redmond & Seattle, WA

This full-time role supports two locations (Redmond and Seattle) and requires experience working in orthodontic or dental offices. Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Job Description

Greet and interact warmly with patients, answering questions and providing treatment information
Coordinate orthodontic treatment plans between patients and clinical staff
Manage scheduling and confirm appointments at both Redmond and Seattle offices
Assist with financial arrangements and documentation
Communicate treatment progress and follow-up requirements to patients and families
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols
Collaborate closely with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow

Salary Range

Full-time $29 - $37 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed

Requirements
  • Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)

Minimum 1 year of experience in an orthodontic or dental office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dependable with a professional, positive attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel between Redmond and Seattle offices (two days per location)

Preferences

Prior experience specifically in orthodontics treatment coordination
Familiarity with dental office software and scheduling systems
