Job description

Team Lead (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity to Full-Time)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Team Lead to help oversee the day-to-day operations at iSMASH. This part-time position offers a great opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Lead, supervise, and support team members during each shift.
  • Manage shift flow, guest check-ins, and room turnover.
  • Ensure all rooms are clean, safe, fully stocked, and ready for each session.
  • Process cash and point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
  • Assist with employee scheduling, basic reporting, inventory management, and supply tracking.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

  • Previous Team Lead, Shift Lead, or similar supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move typical room supplies as needed.

Schedule

  • Part-time to start.
  • Evening and weekend availability is required.
