Weston is seeking a Environmental Field Coordinator. The Environmental Field Coordinator serves as the primary onsite representative for assigned properties, supporting residential remediation activities. This role interfaces directly with homeowners, coordinates daily field activities, and ensures documentation, safety, and quality requirements are met at the site level.
Location:East Helena, MT Local or Remote Onsite
Expected Outcomes:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during site activities.
  • Coordinate and document daily field operations at assigned properties.
  • Provide onsite oversight of subcontractors and field crews.
  • Perform sitelevel Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) and Quality Control (QC) functions, as assigned.
  • Collect Incremental Sampling Methodology (ISM) soil samples upon completion of excavation activities and for new sampling locations.
  • Maintainaccuratefield documentation and records.
  • Support project reporting and communication requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Experience supporting environmental remediation or construction field activities.
  • Ability to interact professionally with the public and property owners.
  • Familiarity with field documentation, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
  • Ability to work outdoors in variable conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HAZWOPER training.
  • Prior experience acting in SSHO or QC roles.
  • UAV/drone pilot certification or experience.
