Job description

VIP Services Clerk

The VIP Services Clerk is responsible for providing accurate, timely information to guests about hotel policies, services, and amenities, ensuring optimum guest service and satisfaction.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Arrange accommodations for all hotel guests and coordinates requests required for their stay.

Greet guest, register, create room assignments, and issue keys.

Responsible for operating/balancing bank.

Compute bill and collect payment.

Prompt, courteous handling of all incoming calls and process requests from guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Maintain a working knowledge of the property as well as current and upcoming special events in order to advise guests and fellow Team Members, whenever possible.

What You Will Need

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

One year clerical experience or hotel front desk experience preferred.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a MS Gaming License.

Must be able to read, write, and understand complex instructions

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Must be able to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer, keyboard and telephone.

Must be able to multi-task.

Must complete all required company training.
