The Opportunity:

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, located in Fort Pierce, near the Vero Beach area, is a 380-bed acute care hospital offering a full range of services. The facility includes seven labor/delivery/recovery suites and an operating room and provides the only level II trauma center and level III NICU in the area. A board-certified neonatologist is on-site 24/7 and all RNs on staff are certified in neonatal resuscitation. Expectant mothers and their partners can take a variety of classes through the hospital's maternity services, including childbirth education, breastfeeding, and safe infant care. Lawnwood has received numerous recognitions from Healthgrades, including Five-Star Awards for vaginal delivery, C-section delivery and hysterectomy, and the 2018 Patient Safety Excellence Award™.
