Job description

CMG Anesthesia Services located in beautiful Lynchburg, VA, is seeking CRNAs to join our multi-specialty group to provide services at our Centra Lynchburg General Hospital and Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital. Cases include - Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Cath Lab, GYN, Urology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and some Peds & OB. Come and join our positive, strong & cohesive anesthesia team where the surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs and OR staff all have a great working relationship!


What We Offer

  • Qualified candidates must possess a master's degree, 
     
  • Current Virginia licensure, or willingness to transfer
     
  • Certified with NBCRNA, ACLS and PALS. 
  • $240k base YEAR 1, increased base YEAR 2 and 3 - $40k sign on Bonus

  • Schedule: We offer 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts.  Candidates can expect to work one scheduled weekend every 2 months (12 shifts annually).

  • Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart):
     
  • Virginia Baptist: General- mostly bread and butter ambulatory cases, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, OB coverage, ophthalmology, and ECTs.
     
  • Lynchburg General: Level 2 trauma center covering general surgery, interventional cardiology, neurosurgery, vascular, ENT, bariatric surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and electrophysiology procedures.
