Looking for an opportunity to build a real career in construction?
HTM Contractors is looking for hardworking and dependable Apprentices / Laborers who want to learn demolition, excavation, grading, site work, and heavy equipment operations.
No experience is required for the right person with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn.
We are building long-term careers - not just filling positions.
PAY & OPPORTUNITY
οΏ½ Starting pay: $23/hr
οΏ½ Overtime after 40 hours
οΏ½ Quarterly performance incentives
οΏ½ Annual raises and advancement opportunities
οΏ½ Opportunity to grow into:
  • Heavy Equipment Operator
  • CDL Driver / Operator

  • Superintendent

SCHEDULE
οΏ½ MondayοΏ½Friday
οΏ½ Occasional weekend and outer island work

THE WORK
οΏ½ Assist with demolition, excavation, grading, and site work
οΏ½ Use hand tools and construction equipment safely
οΏ½ Support operators, Foremen, and field crews
οΏ½ Load and unload materials and equipment
οΏ½ Maintain clean and organized jobsites
οΏ½ Learn construction safety, field operations, and production work
οΏ½ Assist with traffic control, trenching, cleanup, and site preparation
