Description
Are you passionate about designing the future of education? We practice a user-centric design process to strengthen our partnerships.  An opportunity to maximize your impact and exceed client visions.  We want you to be part of the action.  Go beyond the office walls and watch your designs come to life.  Join our dynamic team at ISG, a leading architecture and engineering firm, as an Architect focused on our Education Business Unit. Applicants should have an enthusiasm for big picture strategy, developing relationships, and designing K-12 and higher education spaces.

As an Architect for the Education Business Unit, you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions.

In this role, you will work directly with Charlotte Nienhaus, Senior Architect, Sue Peterson, Education Strategy Specialist and Kevin Bills, Education Business Unit Leader.  You will also collaborate with a dedicated team of project managers, architects, engineers, and business development specialists that support the Education Business Unit.

Here are a few recent projects:

  • Coordinate proposals and lead client engagement, presentations, and stakeholder decision-making

  • Provide daily mentorship to project architects and project managers on active projects, conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and client satisfaction, and foster innovative, community-focused outcomes that bring client visions to life

Regardless of your office, you will assist in winning and executing work within the Education Business Unit throughout the entire ISG footprint. Because of this, travel may be necessary at times.
We’ve listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components.  We understand that your experience and value may fall outside of this range.
