Job Duties: 
•    Provide team leadership and support for various IT initiatives.
•    Lead full-cycle application development including: planning, programming, testing and implementation.
•    Implement and troubleshoot complex programming changes and modifications.
•    Identify problems or potential problems with systems and/or clients.
•    Communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.

Qualifications:
•    Fluent with RPG Free programming.  
•    Experience using Built-In functions, Service Programs and Subprocedures.
•    Solid knowledge programming languages commonly used in web applications.
•    Existing Source Code - follow current logic when modifying existing programs.
•    Manufacturing industry experience (preferred but not required).
