Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Security Administrator to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Conducts security assessments and provides security consulting and training to organizations.
* Draft security briefings and prepare personnel security documentation for review.
* Maintain clearance databases and assist in the preparation of security artifacts for senior review.
* Supports the personnel security needs for the theaterwide mission.
* Prepare routine clearance Status Reports and assist in the in-processing of staff for logistics operations.
* Coordinate with Mission Partners to ensure all personnel meet the specific access requirements for sensitive operational sites.
* Serve as Security Escorts, as needed, in accordance with governing procedures.
* Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Demonstrated ability to draft personnel security documentation and follow established standard operating procedures. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline or a related field.
* Foundational security training (e.g., PS101) and proficiency with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS). Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret Clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
