The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and logistical support that enables successful project execution. This role focuses on organization, communication, documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-through while supporting Project Managers and project teams.

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining project organization and ensuring information is communicated consistently across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Tracking assigned tasks and action items

Maintaining project documentation and records

Monitoring deadlines and deliverables

Updating project tracking tools

Preparing project reports and status updates

Organizing project files and documentation

Supporting implementation activities

The role requires active participation in project meetings, including:

Agenda preparation and coordination

Meeting material preparation

Meeting attendance

Minute taking and documentation

Tracking decisions, risks, issues, and action items

Distribution of meeting notes and action summaries within 24 hours

Maintaining meeting records and archives

Following up on unresolved items

Additional responsibilities include:

Monitoring email and chat communications throughout the workday

Supporting stakeholder engagement and communications

Maintaining communication records

Coordinating project correspondence

Tracking stakeholder questions and follow-up actions

Supporting project implementation logistics

Escalating overdue items and unresolved risks to the Project Manager

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
