IRT professionals often work closely with clinical project teams and IT departments to customize and maintain the technology. Their work is critical for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of clinical trial operations.

What are some common challenges faced by IT Support Specialists (IRT) when troubleshooting technical issues, and how can these be addressed effectively?

To address these challenges, it's essential to develop strong problem-solving skills, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain clear, patient communication with end-users. Collaboration with colleagues and continual learning about new technologies also help IT Support Specialists stay effective in their roles.
