Ironworker Installers are skilled tradespeople who assemble and install structural and reinforcing iron and steel to form and support buildings, bridges, and other structures. They work with large metal components, using specialized tools to cut, shape, and secure steel beams and columns according to engineering blueprints. Their responsibilities also include ensuring safety standards are met, aligning structures precisely, and sometimes welding or bolting pieces together. Ironworker Installers often work at great heights and must be knowledgeable about safety procedures to prevent accidents on the job site.
