Job Title: Ironworker Helper 1-3
Location:
West Odessa, TX

Hours: 6/10's schedule Monday-Saturday. Occasionally Sunday.

Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Ironworker Helper Level 3 to assist our team in constructing steel and iron structures for the build of a direct carbon capture plant.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Journeyman Ironworkers in constructing steel and iron structures according to project specifications.
  • Assist in rigging operations and manage rigging equipment effectively.
  • Utilize basic hand and power tools correctly and maintain them in good condition.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols, including working at significant heights.

Requirements:
  • NCCER Certified a plus!
  • 1-2+ years of experience as an Industrial Ironworker Helper.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the construction process for steel/iron structures.
  • Must possess all required tools for the trade.
  • Ability to meet rigorous physical demands and work at heights exceeding 300 ft.
