About Our Family
We are a warm, down-to-earth, dual-career family based in Shoreline, WA with two young children, ages 3.5 and 1.5. Mom and Dad both work full time with demanding schedules and occasional travel, and as our children transition into daycare and school, we are looking to create a more sustainable, well-supported flow for our home and family life.
While our schedules are full, we deeply value connection, quality family time, and creating a home environment that feels calm, efficient, and thoughtfully cared for. We are seeking a proactive, grounded, and highly dependable House Manager who can help bring consistency, organization, and ease to the day-to-day, particularly during the busy after-school, afternoon, and evening hours.

The right person will help reduce mental load, keep things moving seamlessly behind the scenes, and allow our family to be more present and connected during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities may range from school pickups, supporting after-school routines, and engaging with active young children, to resetting the kitchen, rotating children's clothing, coordinating grocery restocks, organizing household spaces, and helping maintain overall household flow. While prior nanny experience is welcome, what matters most is warmth with children, confidence stepping in where needed, and a service-oriented mindset.

Someone tech-savvy, organized, and able to honor systems, routines, and family preferences will thrive in this environment.
Above all, we hope to find someone who genuinely enjoys supporting families, takes pride in making life easier for others, and is interested in building a trusted, long-term relationship with a respectful and collaborative household.
