Job Summary:
Intellyk Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with IRM implementation experience. The role involves developing workflows, managing customer collaborations, and implementing ServiceNow IRM modules according to best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Shall possess ServiceNow scripting knowledge and Develop workflows and configurations
• Should have done API based integrations with ServiceNow
• Should be able to manage the customer and collaborate seamlessly with customer stakeholders
• To implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules according to best practices
• Conduct requirements workshops and sessions with stakeholders
• Should be able to Test and troubleshoot functionality to ensure stability and performance
• Should be able to Provide post-implementation support and training to users.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-4 years experienced ServiceNow developer with IRM implementation experience
• ServiceNow scripting knowledge
