ServiceNow IRM Developer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. 6+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
2. 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation.
3. Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM applications including:
1. Policy and Compliance Management
2. Risk Management
3. Audit Management
4. Authority Documents and Control Frameworks
4. Configure risk assessment questionnaires, risk scoring models, control objectives, and compliance frameworks.
5. Build and maintain authority documents, controls, indicators, and issue management processes.
6. Configure risk assessments, control testing, and compliance monitoring activities.
7. Design and implement integrations with Archer and other needed tools.
8. Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available
9. Design API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
10. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
11. Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
12. Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
13. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
14. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Salary Range- $110,000-$140,000 a year
