Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our dedicated financial services team. In this vital role, you will manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Your expertise will support our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while adhering to industry regulations and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for mortgage lending, credit analysis, and loan origination processes to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify all loan documentation, including income, asset, employment, and credit information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing.
  • Prepare and submit loan packages for underwriting approval, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and assess borrower financial profiles to determine loan eligibility.
  • Ensure adherence to TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures, contracts, and other federal or state regulations throughout the process.
  • Manage escrow accounts and ensure all necessary documentation related to escrow is accurate and complete.
  • Utilize basic math skills and 10-key typing proficiency to accurately process financial data and maintain detailed records of each transaction.
