Job description

Outlier partners with leading AI companies to improve how artificial intelligence understands real people: how we speak, express emotion, communicate intent, and respond naturally in everyday situations.


We are looking for native French speakers who are comfortable using their voice. This project is a strong fit for people who can bring clarity, personality, and emotional range to short audio recordings. You do not need to be a professional actor, but you should be expressive, confident, and able to speak naturally in front of a microphone.


What You'll Work On


You may be asked to complete a variety of audio and text-based tasks, such as:

- Recording short audio clips

- Reading or acting brief scripts with different tones, emotions, or speaking styles

- Listening to or reviewing audio clips and capturing details in text

- Helping improve AI systems' understanding of human speech, tone, and expression
