Our agency opened in April 2026 and is a growing team of three with strong momentum and opportunity ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and participated in the Agent Aspirant program, building a solid foundation for success. Im also a third-generation State Farm agent, so this business is something I truly value.
I played college football at Valparaiso University and enjoy staying active. Im engaged, have a dog, and value both family and personal growth.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jordan Goebel - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
