Uniguest is seeking an experienced Account Executive – Healthcare to grow our presence within the acute-care hospital market. This is an opportunity for a consultative sales professional who understands healthcare and enjoys helping organizations use technology to improve the patient experience, communication, and engagement.

Through pCare by Uniguest, we provide digital engagement solutions designed for healthcare environments, including interactive patient systems, bedside entertainment, digital signage, mobile applications, video conferencing, and other technologies that connect patients, families, and care teams.

In this role you will develop new business, build relationships across hospital and health system leadership, and manage complex sales opportunities from initial prospecting through close. We're looking for someone who understands how hospitals buy technology, can navigate multiple stakeholders, and is comfortable with longer, consultative sales cycles.

• Developnew business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across IT, clinical leadership, patient experience, operations, and executive leadership
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and close
• Understandcustomer challenges and position the appropriate combination of Uniguest and pCare solutions
• Developand maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within your territory
• Navigatecomplex hospital purchasing processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Partnerwith Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams throughout the sales process
• Develop strategic account plans for key health systems and expansion opportunities
• Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecasting information within Salesforce
• RepresentUniguest at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Stay informedon healthcare technology trends, patient engagement strategies, and the evolving needs of acute-care organizations

• Proven success in B2B technology or solution sales within the acute-care healthcare market
• Experience selling directly to hospitals, health systems, or IDNs
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage a complex, full-cycle sales process
• Experience selling healthcare technology, patient engagement, digital signage, IPTV, SaaS, clinical technology, or related solutions preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making and purchasing processes
• Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders, including IT, clinical, operational, patient experience, and executive leaders
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear business and patient-experience value
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel throughout the assigned territory as needed

Success in this role requires someone who can open doors, build credibility within complex health systems, and turn relationships into long-term partnerships. You'll combine healthcare knowledge with a hunter mentality—developing pipeline, navigating lengthy sales cycles, and helping hospital leaders understand how digital engagement technology can improve the experience for patients, families, and staff.
