  • Prepare accurate, timely project reports for senior leadership, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify schedule and cost risks early and escalate with clear documentation and recommendations.

Change Management

  • Identify potential changes in scope, cost, or schedule and initiate change orders.
  • Coordinate technical evaluation with the Director of Engineering and commercial review with senior leadership.
  • Log potential change orders, collect backup documentation (cost estimates, schedule impacts) from contracts, and support senior management in reviewing change order packages.ย
  • Implement approved changes and track execution impacts.

Quality, Safety and Compliance

  • Conduct routine site visits, safety observations, and progress verification.
  • Coordinate factory acceptance testing logistics, schedules, and documentation with vendors, EPCs, and Engineering.
  • Escalate safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation in coordination with senior leadership and contractors.

Desired Qualificationsย

  • At least three years of renewable energy construction or project management experience (IPP or EPC).
