Job description

Opportunity: Exciting full-time opportunity for a Licensed Aesthetician with an established facial aesthetics medical practice located in Augusta, GA.
Who We Are: Aesthetics at Augusta ENT is a well-established aesthetics medical practice, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and an outstanding team of Licensed Aestheticians, PAs, and Facial Plastic surgeons. The practice offers a variety of services including Botox, fillers, PDO threads, chemical peels, and micro-needling. Platelet-rich fibrin treatments, hair restoration, facial laser treatments, ear piercing, and facial cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
Duties (summary): The Licensed Aesthetician will consult with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, educate them on clinic products and services, and perform a range of aesthetic procedures including IPL, laser skin treatments, clinical facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, and facial waxing. This role also includes preparing treatment rooms, changing linens between clients, supporting team members as needed, maintaining a clean and professional suite and clinic environment, building and retaining a client base, assisting social media with content and local marketing events.
Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated professional with and active Georgia Esthetician license, a Cosmetic Laser License, and experience with medical grade skincare and popular skincare treatments. The preferred candidate will also have a talent for social media development and a desire to grow with the team!
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Active Georgia Esthetician license and Cosmetic Laser License in good standing.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial waxing.
• Proficient with computers and accurate client charting/documentation.
• Strong customer-service, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to professional growth.
