On July 1, 2025, IPL Plastics merged with Schoeller Allibert to form IPL Schoeller (the โ€˜companyโ€™). The Companyโ€™s operations are split across North America (11 manufacturing plants) and Europe (16 manufacturing plants).

IPL Schoeller is a leading manufacturer of sustainable rigid packaging solutions across a range of end market segments including returnable transit packaging, consumer and industrial packaging, environmental containers and agricultural packaging. The role

Location: Remote (North America) | Up to 50% nationwide travel required

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage and grow IPL Schoellerโ€™s Retail Pails business across major home improvement and retail customers. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, executing strategic account plans, and delivering a bestโ€‘inโ€‘class customer experience.

As the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, the KAM builds strong relationships with merchant, sourcing, replenishment, and supply chain partners while working crossโ€‘functionally across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate brings proven experience supporting national retailers such as Loweโ€™s, Sherwin-Williams, Ace Hardware, Uline, or similar customers, and thrives in a fastโ€‘paced, manufacturing environment.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own dayโ€‘toโ€‘day account management and customer engagement

  • Execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, margin, and distribution growth

  • Identify new opportunities through assortment optimization and SKU rationalization

  • Manage forecasts, pricing activities, and sales pipelines

  • Partner crossโ€‘functionally to support service levels, new product launches, and continuous improvement

  • Leverage CRM/ERP tools to track performance, KPIs, and opportunities

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience with large retail customers

  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or productโ€‘based industries preferred

  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationshipโ€‘building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate crossโ€‘functionally

  • Willingness to travel as needed
