As a Senior Product Manager supporting Stryker's Smart Care portfolio, you will help shape the future of connected healthcare by developing strategies that expand the adoption of innovative digital solutions across the Canadian market.

In this role, you'll partner with Medical Leadership, Commercial, Clinical, Engineering, Product Development, and cross-functional teams to define portfolio strategy, launch new technologies, and identify growth opportunities that improve customer experience and business performance. What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive adoption and long-term growth of the Smart Care portfolio.

  • Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, commercialization plans, and lifecycle management for connected healthcare solutions.

  • Identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and digital health opportunities to inform product strategy and innovation.

  • Partner with Commercial, Medical, Engineering, Clinical, and Product Development teams to bring new products and features to market.

  • Analyze market intelligence, competitive landscape, customer insights, and technology trends to influence portfolio decisions.

  • Develop pricing, positioning, segmentation, and value proposition strategies that support commercial growth.

  • Establish product performance metrics, business forecasts, and success measures while managing project priorities and timelines.

  • Build relationships with healthcare leaders, industry organizations, technology partners, and key opinion leaders to support market development.

What you need

Required

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience

  • Experience developing product strategy, commercialization plans, or go-to-market initiatives for technology-enabled products or services

Preferred

  • Master's degree (MBA or related field preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:

    • Medical devices

    • Digital health

    • Healthcare technology (HealthTech)

    • Connected devices (IoT)

    • Software as a Service (SaaS)

    • Telecommunications or communications technology

    • Healthcare IT

    • Product Marketing or Product Management

  • Experience launching new products or digital solutions

  • Experience working with connected medical devices, remote monitoring, cloud-based platforms, software products, mobile applications, AI-enabled solutions, or digital ecosystems

  • Experience collaborating with engineering, software development, data analytics, or technology teams

Canada Pay Ranges:

  • Canada: $97,100 - $129,450 CAD Annual

Travel Percentage: 30%
