Job description

Role: Sr. Full stack .Net Developer

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Can sit remote but prefer local candidates

Key Initiatives

  • Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for an externally facing web application using Okta. Okta is implemented in ASP.NET so must have experience with ASP.NET web application code bases.Also scripting with javascript
  • Remediate technical debt across server environments
    • Remediating code quality and vulnerability scanning discrepancies with in web application.
    • Drive the migration of Crystal Reports to the Quest PDF platform to modernize reporting
    • Drive the modernization of our legacy .NET Framework 4.8 application by eliminating outdated Infragistics grid controls and implementing scalable, maintainable modern UI components
  • Upgrade select applications from .NET 8 to .NET 10, leveraging AI-supported development practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with modern .NET (preferably .NET 8/10)
  • Working knowledge of legacy .NET / .NET Framework environments
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with Okta (authentication, MFA implementation)
  • Experience with AWS services, including Terraform, Lambda, and EC2
  • Client-side scripting with JavaScript and jQuery, including DOM manipulation, AJAX calls, and integration with server-side .NET applications.
  • Experience working with AI tools such as Amazon Q & KIRO
