Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, vendors, and external service providers to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely execution. Lead or facilitate root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective action for complex equipment failures and recurring reliability issues.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement maintenance best practices that improve safety, quality, cost, and equipment performance. Share lessons learned, successful practices, and reliability strategies across the broader/global maintenance organization. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement through effective coaching, communication, and team development.

Qualifications: Required 5+ years of maintenance management experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or other 24/7 operating environment.
