  • As a WORKOPTI iOS Engineer, you will design and implement machine learning solutions for customer use cases, leveraging core WORKOPTI product insights and bringing in opportunities to apply and optimize machine learning primarily Generative AI to grow our business as we educate and empower our customers worldwide.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with the CTO to build and constantly drive excellence in alignment with our High Done culture with every monthly product release as we stack various AI models to help Senior Executives make decisions better together with a clear focus on human-centered design using SCRUM.

  • Be a trusted technical leader at WORKOPTI and solve complex Machine Learning challenges focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI stacking methods.
  • Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for various customer use cases that will be integrated with the WORKOPTI platform experience.
  • Implement various levels of tuning like instruction tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and parameter efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) such as p-tuning, adapters, and LoRA to improve LLMs for different use cases.
  • Collaborate with CTO to deliver a robust AI model that integrates AI stacking for the customer and make actionable recommendations for improvement every 30 days
  • Focus on Azure experience with a knowledge of Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Security Co-Pilot
  • DevOps CI/CD experience, running highly available services at scale
