  • 10+ years of Hands on development using JavaScript/CSS, Angular, Angular Material, React, Webpack, NodeJS and other modern JavaScript frameworks delivering the functionality to a high quality meeting the agreed specifications and standards.
  • Effectively and actively plays the role of technical advisor for projects, providing advice on tools, process and design to others.
  • Provides accurate and timely input to Project Manager regarding status of technical tasks for self and team.
  • Engages with system users and business analysts to identify system enhancements and/or new applications to meet business needs.

Stakeholder Management and Leadership
  • Must be able to work with global (UK, India and US) and multi-disciplinary) delivery teams.
  • Expected to be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) and have strong organization skills, with ability to liaise at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to create working Proof of Concepts applications quickly to demonstrate stake holders and conclude requirements
  • Should be able to conduct training sessions for the team and organize coding boot camps.

    • Prior Compliance technology experience or a demonstrable track record of adaptability and quick learning.
    • Knowledge and/or experience of working with Employee Compliance and Banking Compliance teams.
    • Must be familiar with cross browser issues, accessibility issues and theming of the web applications.
    • Develop fully functional modules that meet all the specifications and have successfully passed all tests including unit, integration, regression and system tests.
    • Must be familiar with version control tools such as git or svn.
