We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team in the Tamarac location.

About the Tamarac Office

Our Tamarac office is a high-volume, multi-specialty location. The team includes:

  • A General Dentist (also performing Endodontics and Invisalign)
  • A Prosthodontist
  • A Periodontist (2 days/month)
  • Two Hygienists

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader with dental management experience who thrives in a team-based environment. This is not a behind-the-desk management role—you’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations and leadership, helping drive success and ensuring patients have the best possible experience.

We're looking for a ROCKSTAR who is energetic, positive, and driven to help the practice and team grow.

Key Responsibilities

Staff & Team Management

  • Schedule and supervise staff
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Approve timecards and manage PTO requests
  • Present and close treatment plans
  • Offer financial options to patients —  sales experience is REQUIRED

Front Office Operations

  • Support front desk with phone calls, scheduling, treatment plan presentations
  • Insurance verification, billing, and payment posting

Business Operations

  • Monitor and drive practice production and collection goals
  • Ensure patients are reappointed and cared for to the highest standard
  • Maintain a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead daily morning huddles and celebrate team wins
  • Collaborate closely with providers to build a unified, high-performing team
  • Set the tone for a positive, supportive, and productive work environment

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of dental office experience
  • Proficiency in billing, posting, and explaining insurance to patients
  • Experience presenting and converting treatment plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience with  Open Dental  (a plus)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
