Company Description Invictus Exterior Construction is a Houston-based company specializing in high-quality exterior construction services for residential and commercial properties. Invictus emphasizes safety, craftsmanship, and reliable project delivery, working closely with clients from initial consultation through completion. Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for generating new business and expanding existing client relationships for exterior construction services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting on-site consultations, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and following up on inquiries and referrals. The role involves collaborating with project managers and estimators to develop accurate proposals, negotiating contracts, and guiding customers through the sales process to project kickoff. The Outside Sales Representative will maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services, while consistently meeting sales targets and reporting activity to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills to effectively generate and close opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to maintain long-term client partnerships and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills to explain services, discuss project details, and collaborate with internal teams.
