Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage repurchases flagged for compliance violations and ensure timely resolution and recovery
  • Investigate loan files, appeal repurchases, negotiate recovery and settlements
  • Analyze seller's performance. Determine root cause and remediation standards required by HUD, Fannie Mae and VA
  • Collaborate with legal, underwriting, sales team, Controller
  • Provide weekly status reports with recommendations to senior management
  • Develop actionable recommendations to prevent future loan defects and losses
  • Collaborate in monthly meetings providing metrics and recovery amounts
  • Manage and enforce compliance standards and procedures

Basic Qualifications:
