Job description

Interport Capital is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join our Capital Markets team. This individual will serve as a critical link between our investment platform and our institutional and high-net-worth investor base, supporting all aspects of capital raising, investor communications, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with strong analytical capabilities who thrives in a client-facing role. You will help manage investor onboarding, prepare quarterly reporting packages, coordinate capital calls and distributions, and support the development of marketing materials that articulate Interport Capital's investment thesis and track record.

Responsibilities
  • Support the full investor lifecycle including prospecting, onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and ongoing relationship management for institutional and accredited investors.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, fund performance summaries, and ad-hoc communications that convey portfolio strategy and results with clarity and precision.
  • Coordinate and maintain investor data rooms, subscription documents, and CRM records ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the creation of pitch decks, offering memoranda, and marketing collateral for new fund vehicles and co-investment opportunities.
  • Organize and support investor meetings, annual conferences, property tours, and due diligence sessions for prospective and existing limited partners.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, institutional fundraising, or capital partner communications within real estate or private equity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for engaging with institutional investors and family offices.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Juniper Square, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and investor reporting software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. CAIA or Series 7/63 licensure a plus.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

$95,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Competitive base salary plus quarterly performance bonus, full medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with employer matching, professional development stipend, and the opportunity to build deep relationships across the institutional investment community.
