  • Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials, including investor presentations, conference call scripts, FAQs, earnings releases, and supporting analyses.
  • Monitor and summarize sell-side research, consensus estimates, peer performance, industry developments, and market trends affecting Galaxy and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
  • Help maintain shareholder and investor databases, analyze ownership trends, and support investor targeting initiatives.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and the Investor Relations calendar, including scheduling and tracking engagement activity.
  • Assist in developing presentation materials, talking points, and briefing documents for investor, client, and executive meetings.
  • Partner with Finance, Communications, Legal, Corporate Development, and other cross-functional teams to support consistent external messaging and disclosures.
  • Conduct financial, competitive, and market research to support strategic projects and management requests.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help build scalable reporting and tracking tools for the Investor Relations function.

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and capital markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience building financial models is a plus.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Internship or full-time experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, investor relations, or asset management.
  • Interest in digital assets, fintech, or financial markets.
