Overview
The Investor Relations team services Capstone's primarily institutional client base. The team is responsible for maintaining marketing materials and reporting items, coordinating calls and meetings with clients, and catering to the firm's investors. Team members work in coordination with various departments across the firm including Client Service, Product Development, Communications, and various Investment and Operations teams.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Client Coverage and Service
  • Deliver first class service to Capstone's primarily institutional investor and prospect base and serve as a primary point of contact for select investors
  • Assist with the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaire requests from investors
  • Develop strong product, strategy and industry knowledge

Content and Reporting
  • Maintain firm wide marketing materials and presentation management software (Seismic)
  • Produce periodic reports and customized analyses; ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across deliverables

Data and Systems
  • Maintain and update Capstone's client relationship management system (Backstop) with all connectivity and email correspondences
  • Assist in developing and maintaining automated dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Receive exposure to Capstone's various investment teams and assist with the creation of custom analysis on behalf of current investors and prospects
  • Work closely with team members and develop relationships across Fund Accounting, Risk, Treasury, Compliance and other departments to complete and deliver reporting through Excel, Python, and VBA

Candidates should have the following qualifications and prior experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1-3 years of financial services experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; detail orientation; ability to prioritize under time pressure.
  • High integrity and discretion handling confidential information; familiarity with compliance principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with a CRM and marketing content platforms
  • Experience in VSCode, Jupyter Notebook, SQL and Tableau preferred
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their practical application in a business or professional environment

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 - 100,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
