Job description

Summary
Operating at the intersection of crypto and capital markets, my client builds high-performance trading technology for the rapidly evolving digital asset industry, supporting the entire trading lifecycle.
They're looking for motivated engineers with a track record of building large, complex backend systems who are eager to take ownership of their work and contribute to the full development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to work on key areas including order routing, market data connectivity, position management, and risk systems. This will involve designing, developing & maintaining backend services for institutional crypto trading, partnering with product & client teams to deliver solutions, and optimizing system performance & scalability.
If you write great code, are able to think critically and work collaboratively, this role would be perfect for you!
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • 1-3 years' experience in software engineering, in Java is ideal; C++ or Go also considered
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science
  • Strong background in building and working with complex backend systems
  • Strongly preferred: experience developing enterprise-grade trading, risk or investment software, or a strong demonstrated interest through project work
  • Candidates must be based in the USA and have a legal right to work (US citizen or Green Card)
  • Experience in finance or crypto is a plus, but not required
