Job description


OCI is growing alongside Oracle's expanding AI data center portfolio, creating the need for program leaders who can bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to fast-moving work. We're looking for a Program Manager who can organize complex initiatives, align diverse stakeholders, and move high-priority programs from planning through delivery.
In this role, you'll manage strategic program delivery across business, operations, and community-facing workstreams. You'll translate organizational priorities into clear plans, ownership models, milestones, and outcomes while ensuring work flows into central planning, reporting, prioritization, spend tracking, and leadership visibility.
You will partner across Oracle stakeholders to establish program structure, manage dependencies, track commitments and spend, and maintain visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and follow-through. Your work will help the organization scale high-impact programs that support Oracle's broader AI data center expansion.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership & Execution: Manage high-priority programs from initiation through implementation, establishing program structure, milestones, dependencies, ownership, and accountability across multiple teams.

  • Central Reporting & Operating Rhythms: Develop lightweight reporting mechanisms, templates, and recurring updates that give leadership visibility into priorities, status, risks, decisions, and resource needs.

  • Spend Tracking: Build and maintain processes to track program spend, budgets, forecasts, approvals, and variance across sites and workstreams.

  • Commitments Tracking: Create consistent processes to track, manage, and report on commitments across sites and programs, including owners, risks, progress, and follow-through.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Partner across Oracle stakeholders to align priorities, resolve execution challenges, and maintain momentum across interconnected initiatives.

  • Organizational Enablement: Develop practical planning tools, playbooks, intake processes, and prioritization mechanisms that help teams scale without adding unnecessary process.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Program Management, Operations, Business, Communications, Public Affairs, Community Relations, or a related field.

  • Proven experience leading complex programs from planning through execution.

  • Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience developing reporting mechanisms, operating rhythms, trackers, or scalable program processes.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including experience communicating with senior leadership.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple organizations.

  • Experience managing budgets, spend tracking, commitments, or executive-level program reporting is a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
