CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Program Manager to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role is responsible for implementing and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they align with the firm's strategic goals.

How you'll create opportunities in this Program Manager role:

Solutions Initiatives and Program Planning: Collaborate with different teams to enable the delivery of firmwide solutions that accomplish business goals and objectives. Develop and manage program plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure successful delivery across all project/product teams within the Enterprise program. Provide direction and overall program leadership to project teams. Partner with the business and product manager to ensure the program is meeting the strategic direction of the firm.

Project Management and Integration: Own Program Governance and Controls (i.e., Steering Committees, Advisory Boards). Coach project leads and teams in project methodology (i.e., Scrum Teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets). Responsible for alignment of program 5 year vision and roadmap with business leadership. Optimize delivery flow and process improvement, and assist in reporting, tracking, and execution of project milestones (i.e., Value Stream, Epics, and Features). Understand and coordinate project/program interdependencies and facilitate the escalation of risks, issues, and impediments. Oversee program and product budgets as well as third-party vendors. Ensure a seamless transition from project to appropriate team structures (i.e., product manager, governance team, etc.).

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Maintain effective communication and manage relationships throughout the program lifecycle.

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary

Portfolio and Program Management:Lead Portfolio and Program Management activities to ensure organizational investments align with strategic objectives and deliver business value. Partner with business leaders to validate priorities, provide visibility into demand, and support enterprise-wide prioritization to ensure the organization is focused on the right work. Collaborate with technical teams, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to align dependencies, coordinate delivery plans, remove obstacles, and drive execution of complex initiatives. Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to project managers while promoting consistent project and program management practices across the organization.

What you will need:

8 years relevant experience required

o 6 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Technical Competencies:

Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops and SharePoint.

Comprehensive understanding and experience leading application development projects.

Comfortable using a large variety of technology tools and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing technology
