Serves as the enterprise FP&A leader for IT financial strategy, AI investment governance, and capital allocation. Responsible for driving financial planning, investment prioritization, and performance management across technology and strategic initiatives. Acts as a key advisor to senior leadership, influencing capital deployment, optimizing financial outcomes, and building scalable financial capabilities to support long-term growth.


Job Details
 
  • Lead enterprise FP&A partnership with IT Finance, including strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management of multi-million-dollar technology investments.
  • Establish and govern FP&A AI investment framework, including intake prioritization, funding allocation, and value realization tracking across functional areas.
  • Drive enterprise capital allocation strategy, including business case development, ROI modeling, and investment prioritization aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Serve as FP&A lead for strategic and transformation initiatives, providing financial leadership from business case development through execution and value realization.
  • Oversee governance of complex, high-risk financial processes (impairment, lease analysis, compensation accruals), ensuring alignment with Accounting and audit standards.
  • Lead system and process transformation efforts, including Oracle optimization, automation, and scalable planning capabilities.
  • Develop advanced insights into cost drivers, investment performance, and enterprise financial risk, enabling proactive decision-making.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to summarize data into reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decision-making and capital allocation strategy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Creative ability to access information from different sources and compile for analyses and presentations.
