What You'll Do
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing metrics across diverse channels, including Paid & Organic Search, Social Media, and Email.
  • Design, build, and maintain standardized marketing reports and automated dashboards to rigorously track key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Investment (ROI), and conversion rates.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover emerging trends, pinpoint underperforming campaigns, and provide data-backed recommendations that shape future marketing investments.
  • Assist in maintaining robust data hygiene and tracking infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration between our various advertising platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Experiment with and implement generative AI tools to streamline data analysis, automate reporting tasks, and optimize the testing of ad copy for maximum effectiveness.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Technology, Finance, or Marketing Analytics. Degrees in Economics or Mathematics with a business/marketing focus are also highly valued.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in an analytical role, including marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis. Strong internships will be considered as relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including expertise in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data modeling.
  • Mindset: A strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and explain intricate metrics to non-technical stakeholders.

  • AI Savvy: Experience using Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or specialized data prompts) to accelerate workflows, write basic scripts, or clean data.
